Based on the current market and to ensure affordability for all our associates, Ecolab is moving to a pay-based premium structure for 2023. This means the pre-tax amount you pay for your plan coverage will be based on your annual pay.

How much you pay depends on your 2021 annual pay, the option you choose and who you cover. Keep in mind, premiums are deducted from your paycheck pre-tax and you can lower your taxable income and health care out-of-pocket costs when you contribute towards and use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) for eligible medical expenses.
